This looks to be something that Frank K.ern is behind as his List Contr.ol course is part of this course. I’m confident he is pulling the strings from the back.

Basically the course is all about how to get massive paid traffic for dirt cheap. The stuff he shows in the sales video and launch videos seems to be very impressive.
He sends tons of traffic to his offers but is able to convert as well.

The course includes:

Level 1 – Everything from setting up a campaign and driving traffic to it
Level 2 – Advanced Traffic – which he claims nobody is teaching

He also has a lot of materials on conversions and profiting from the traffic.
